At Squashpoint, we're always here for you. Not just when you place an order with us, but afterwards too. If you experience a problem with a product you've purchased from us, don't hesitate to get in touch. We'll always find a suitable solution.

Received a broken or damaged product?

That's really frustrating. We do our best to prevent this with a quality check before dispatch. If you've unexpectedly received a broken or damaged product due to transit damage, please contact our customer service team straight away. We'll sort it out for you immediately.

Warranty period

When you make a purchase at Squashpoint, you are entitled to a 2-year statutory warranty. This means the product you buy must be fit for purpose and free from manufacturing defects — you should be able to use it without issues throughout this period. If a complaint arises after this period has expired, a manufacturer's warranty may still apply. Any manufacturer's warranty does not affect your statutory warranty rights.

What is and isn't covered by the warranty?

The statutory warranty covers manufacturing defects and material flaws that were present at the time of purchase. However, not all damage is covered. The overview below makes it clear what you can and cannot claim.

Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects and material flaws
  • Defects not caused by use or external factors
  • Damage caused by transit (provided it is reported immediately upon receipt)

Not covered:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Impact damage, such as cracks or breaks caused by collisions (e.g. against a wall)
  • Damage caused by improper use or maintenance

Filing a product complaint

We place great importance on the quality of our products and the service we provide to you as a customer. If you have a complaint about a product, we recommend sending an email to service@squashpoint.com. Please include a few clear photos, a description of the issue, and your order number. We will then get back to you within 2 business days to work towards a suitable solution.
