Returns at Squashpoint are free and straightforward. Not satisfied with your product? You can easily return it and receive a full refund. No risk!

You have 30 days to return your order.

Return process step by step

You can return any unused / unworn item for free by sending an email to service@squashpoint.com. You will then receive a confirmation email from us. Attached to this email you will find the return label. Print this label and attach it to the package you wish to return. You can then drop off the package. Always ask for proof of postage so you can prove that you have actually returned the item. We will refund the full purchase amount (including any original shipping costs) as quickly as possible and within 14 days of receiving the return at the latest. Returning your order is therefore completely free of charge.

Return conditions

You must handle the item you wish to return with care. Products must be returned unused and with the original labels and tags attached (where reasonably possible). Feel free to inspect the product as you would in a shop. Example: take a racket out of its protective cover and look at it from all angles, but do not play with it and do not remove the protective film from the grip. You are responsible for any depreciation in value of products resulting from use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products.

Exchange options

You can always exchange ordered products within 30 days for another product of your choice. Send an email to service@squashpoint.com stating which product(s) you wish to exchange and which product(s) you would like to receive as a replacement. You will receive a confirmation email from us with the return label attached, which you should stick on the package.
