At Squashpoint, we understand you want to get started with your new squash equipment as quickly as possible.

Delivery with Evri

  • Delivery time: 3-5 working days
  • Cost: £4.99
  • Free delivery from £49.00

We ship from the Netherlands, but all import duties and VAT are covered. There's nothing to pay at the door. No hidden charges.

Tracking & notifications

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll immediately receive a shipping confirmation by email including a track & trace link. You can follow your parcel in real time and see exactly when it will be delivered.

Order processing times

We do everything we can to process your order as quickly as possible:

  • Order placed before 6:30 PM = dispatched the same day
  • Order placed after 6:30 PM = dispatched the next working day
  • We dispatch Monday to Friday

Your order is processed at our warehouse in the Netherlands and then handed over to Evri for fast delivery to your door.

Delivery options

Your order will be delivered to the address you provided. If you're not at home:

  • The parcel will be left with a neighbour or dropped off at a nearby Evri collection point. You'll receive a notification letting you know where to collect it.

Change your delivery preferences

Using your tracking number, you can easily update your delivery preferences once your parcel is on its way:

  • Choose a different delivery time
  • Redirect to a safe place
  • Have the parcel left with a neighbour
  • Choose to collect from a collection point

Click the link in your shipping confirmation email and update your preferences via the carrier's website.
