Delivery with DPD
- Delivery time: 3-5 working days

Tracking & notifications
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will immediately receive a shipping confirmation by email with a track & trace link. You can follow your parcel in real time and see exactly when it will be delivered.
Order processing times
We do everything we can to process your order as quickly as possible:
- Order placed before 6:30 PM = shipped the same day
- Order placed after 6:30 PM = shipped the next working day
- We ship Monday through Friday
Your order is processed at our warehouse in the Netherlands and then handed over to DPD for fast delivery to your door.
Delivery options
Your order will be delivered to the address you provided. If you are not at home:
- The parcel will be offered to a neighbour or left at a nearby DPD collection point. You will receive a notification letting you know where to pick it up.
Change your delivery time
Using your tracking code, you can easily adjust your delivery preferences once the parcel is on its way:
- Choose a different delivery time
- Have the parcel delivered to a neighbour
- Choose to collect from a pick-up point
Click the link in your shipping confirmation email and adjust your preferences via the carrier's website.
